BRAVE • CATHOLIC • SPACE
The dignity of every person is paramount in our Catholic faith. We believe that racism degrades the humanity of our siblings in Christ. We provide a framework for a pastoral journey with parishioners - building trust, shared concern, and skills to address racism in all its forms.
Our Approach
Combatting the sin of racism requires transformational work, which takes the shape of personal examination, interpersonal dialogue, and external actions of compassion in one’s community.
Gather
Convene the parish community for brave conversations about racism in a Catholic context
Reflect
Examine the parish responses to inform strategy for future formation opportunities
Form
Deliver formation sessions designed to build parishioners’ reflective and interpersonal skills in their journey toward anti-racism
Sustain
Work with parish leadership to activate and maintain sustainable anti-racism resources

Building on her experience in coaching adult learners and her training in cognitive science and computing, she has helped parishes, schools and nonprofits to self-assess, strategically plan, and leverage their human resources to achieve their goals. She is particularly gifted in listening to and echoing the stories of those organizations whose mission aims to improve the lives of others.
